How to remove TPM traces

Disclaimer

If Valorant requires you to enable TPM, follow the steps. This only works on Intel CPUs!

Turn on TPM

1. Use the steps in BIOS Setup but enable TPM.

Clear TPM keys

1. Open tpm.msc

1. Select Clear TPM

Change group policies

1. Open the group policy editor

1. Navigate to

   1. Computer Configuration

      1. Administrative Templates

         1. Windows Components

         2. BitLocker Drive Encryption

         3. Operating System Drives

   

   Double-click Require additional authentication at startup and

   1. Set it to Enabled

   2. Configure the settings shown at "2."

   

   Clear temp files

   1. Press Win + R

   2. Type in temp and press Enter

   3. Delete everything inside the opened folder

1. Press Win + R

2. Type in %temp% and press Enter

3. Delete everything inside the opened folder

1. Restart PC and try again
